Porsche Panamera Turbo belonging to Phillies pitcher JC Romero in town for spring training has been stolen Thursday night.
Romero brought his Porsche Panamera Turbo in for service to Bert Smith BMW, in St. Petersburg, Wednesday night. The car, valued at $190,000 disappeared overnight, police spokesman Mike Puetz said.
“Someone took the keys from inside the business and drove the car away,” Puetz said.
The car, valued at $190,000, belongs to Philadelphia Phillies relief pitcher J.C. Romero. Romero, who lives in Alabama, had driven his car to the Bay area as the team spring trains in Clearwater.
